Un anello molto importante nelle attività notarili legate all'estero è la traduzione di notarili legati all'estero. La traduzione italiana di atti notarili cinesi richiede non solo che il traduttore abbia una buona conoscenza della lingua cinese e italiana, ma anche che abbia familiarità con le pratiche di traduzione internazionale dei documenti notarili. Attualmente mancano libri di riferimento sulla traduzione italiana di atti notarili cinesi certificati, il che comporta enormi sfide per il lavoro di traduzione. Questo libro si basa sull'esperienza pratica pluriennale dell'autore nella traduzione di certificati notarili e nella ricerca teorica sulla traduzione, riassume i problemi più comuni nella traduzione di certificati notarili cinesi in italiano, analizza le cause dei problemi e propone metodi e strategie di traduzione mirate. Allo stesso tempo, in questo libro vengono elencati un elenco di vocaboli di uso comune e traduzioni di riferimento di diversi tipi di certificati notarili al fine di fornire riferimenti e riferimenti per traduttori, insegnanti e studenti impegnati nel lavoro di traduzione.

The book systematically summarizes the grammatical knowledge of the complex sentences, classifies 12 types of complex sentences, extracts grammatical features of 90 complex sentence as secondary key grammar point, and makes use of teaching materials and reference books for each secondary grammar point. In addition, it identifies the knowledge base of the complex sentence by annotating detailed information such as examples, similar and related confusing words. Based on the characteristics of language learning and the construction of other self-adaptive learning systems, the book designs and implements the self-adaptive learning system of grammar for teaching Chinese as a foreign language by means of combining the technology of self-adaptive learning and the technology of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.

Il libro introduce il lettore al mondo della poesia cinese e mette in relazione per la prima volta vari aspetti della natura poliedrica della poesia classica: lirica poetica, pittura, calligrafia e musica. Sebbene i diversi aspetti delle arti cinesi tradizionali siano correlati tra loro, sono sempre stati presentati in modo separato.

The idea, for this project came up from the fact that more and more of the Italian and international companies are willing to export their services/produces into a lucrative and hug market in China. With little doubt, China has become a huge or maybe even the largest consumer market in the world. It is also hailed as the most important consumer market of the century. Nevertheless, the operation to do business in China could not be easy as a strong knowledge of Chinese legal system is an indispensable pre-requisite for any kind of commercial operations. By using Franchising Agreements, the Italian companies could obtain an easy chain and expansion capital, high financial returns for relatively little risk, additional and increasing revenue streams through royalties, less risk of management frauds and better productivity performances. In the end, this project is suppose to assist the Italian and international companies interested in the expanding of their business overseas gaining more understanding's and insight into how their business could run successfully.
